Cancelations

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel any order on any product purchased at Ziddi Direct.com within 7 days. You will need to contact our customer support team.

Returns and Exchanges

You have the option to exchange products for any product up to 7 days as long as the item is unopened, unused, unworn and in original packaging with all labels intact.

As we are operating a very sensitive business, under no circumstances do we issue refunds on: creams, lubricants, condoms or any products under the 'Enhancer's and 'Essentials' category. Please make sure that if you do purchase any of these products, you are completely satisfied with them unless faulty on arrival.

If you send a item back and we feel the product has been used or has not met the above requirements we have the right to send the goods back to you. If products in sealed packaging have been opened they are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Before you send an item back, please contact our support team quoting a returns number.
When issuing for a returns number, it would be appreciated if you could issue a short description via email why you wish to return the item(s) back to us.

Returning Lingerie

You have the option to exchange items on these products up to 7 days as long as the item is unopened, unused, unworn and in original packaging with all labels intact.

Refunds can ONLY be accepted if they are unlaundered, unused, still packaged and in new condition.  You must keep all labels and tags intact. If they are removed we cannot accept the return.

All products which come back to us are thoroughly checked, to make sure there is no damage on them and everything is in order. Once fully checked over and rules have been obliged we will issue you with a full refund.
Please note: The cost of returning back an item to us is your responsibility. Ziddi Direct.com will not pay for P&P.

Faulty Item

Wrong Item

In the unlikely event you have received a wrong item please contact our support team immediately. Again quote your order number, name and address. Please leave all tags and labels intact. You have up to 3 days to report the issue, and be given a replacement or full refund.

Getting my money back

Once an item has been received, fully checked over and condition of goods is suitable, money will be returned back in your account within 30 days. Refunds can only be given within 14 days of your purchase
