How do I search for a product?
You can search for a product by typing in the search bar at the top of the page. You can type in product name, brand or even colour.
How do I sign up for a Ziddi Direct newsletter?
Unfortunately, we do not have a newsletter dedicated to the public at this moment in time. We aim to bring a newsletter to the public within the next few months, detailing stock levels and customer coupons/vouchers.
How do I view my basket?
You can view your basket by simply pressing the 'shopping cart' icon at the top of the page. Here you can view your selected purchases before proceeding to checkout.
Do I need to register online before I shop?
No, you don't need to register before you shop. When at checkout, we will ask you for your email address which needs to be filled in. From there, you can decide if you wish to create an account with us.
I have forgotten my login details?
Not a problem! Click on the 'forgotten password' link under the customer login section. We will then email you with instructions to regain or reset your password.
What currencies can I use?
You can pay by using any of these currencies listed below:
- UK Pound Sterling (GBP)
- Euro (EURO)
Why don't you include an invoice with my item?
We don't include an invoice with our products, as it is our way of doing our bit of saving paper. As we are strictly an online store, we will send you an electronic invoice through email when you purchase from us. However, you will receive a dispatch delivery note with our company details on.
Will I be charged custom and import tax?
In most countries you will be charged customs and import duty tax. However, Ziddi Direct.com will not be held responsible for the cover of custom tax and import duty in your selected country. Please check your local Citizen's Advice Bureau or tax office to see if tax rates apply to you.
What size bra and chest am I?
You can view the chest and cup size which you are under our 'chest and cup size table' section. Only selected guides are available, and not all branded lingerie tables are listed. However, it is not a complete accurate guide. Please know your correct size before ordering.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, all packaging is completely discreet with no indication it has come from Ziddi Direct.com, even no invoice.
Is the billing discreet on my card bill statement?
Yes, all billing is discreet. When ordering from us, your credit/debit card statement will say ZDGroup Ltd.
Where is my order?
Please allow up to 10 days maximum for UK orders on deliveries before contacting us on where your order is. For international deliveries, please allow up to a maximum of 25 days.
How do I return an item?
You can simply return an item back, by contacting us with the query and returning it back to our returns address.
Please note: We will not pay for P&P back to us. (Please see returns section for more info)
Do you have a retail shop?
We are strictly an online business, therefore we do not operate a brick and mortar retail shop.
